Frank has been removed for repairs. The bolt shows where he stood.

Meanwhile, Frank's suitcases have been moved to the front of the art gallery.

The text of the message. However, a dispute arose between the artist and city.

A week later an impromptu replacement occupies Frank's spot in the Roundabout. The sign, bearing the postal code of Naramata, BC, reads: Frank We had a perfect sunny winter day yesterday & it tanned me well. Please come out the soonest & enjoy VON 1N0 Alas, Frank's time in the roundabout has ended after a dispute between the artist and City of Penticton.
